Optimization - performance improvements going ahead

Hello all,
I am just wondering if ZOS actually plans to improve performance on newer hardware, is there any statement made by devs which reflect that?
I remember reading some improvement plans on the latency etc but we do really need fixes in FPS department as well.
Ive seen people having bad experience even with the new 3090 cards meanwhile recommended specs are waaay below what people utilize.
Now i dont know anyone who uses the “recommended” parts but if you were to have those exact specs i’m sure the pc wouldnt perform well, just my two cents...
