Issue with UserSettings file

I'm having an issue with this UserSettings text file. When i click Play through the Bethesda Launcher, which i open through steam, I immediately get a crash report. I can't actually see the issue either because it looks really zoomed in and can only close it. When i delete the UserSettings text file, i can launch the game just fine. But i have to delete it everytime i try to launch the game, which also resets all my settings and permissions etc. which is really annoying.

What can I do to fix this issue ? I saw somewhere that editing the Set=SkipPregameVideos 1 would work, tried it, didn't seem to fix the problem.

The thread or the few other links that were given in it doesn't seem to work. I really don't know what could be causing the issue, but i know it works everytime when i delete the file.

I've been messing around with the UserSettings.txt file, changing things trying to find out what option gives me this crash, to no avail so far.

Try setting permissions to both read and write and read only on the usersettings file to see if either helps with stopping this crash from happening.

Doesn't seem to work, I'm currently still deleting the file everytime i need to play the game. I'm curious if this is somehow add-on related. I tried to log in turning off and deleting each of the addons i use one by one but that didn't work. It may be that some two add-ons are incompatible.

You can try the following steps to completely remove all add-ons to see if that will help.

Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in My Documents.
Open the "live" folder (NA megaserver) or "liveeu" (EU megaserver).
Remove all files from the "AddOns" folder.
Remove all files from the "SavedVariables" folder.
Remove AddOnSettings.txt from the "live" folder.

Update :
I didn't remove the Add-ons but i haven't had the issue for 2 days now. Last thing i did was that before i closed the game (after having deleted the file and opened the game) i left the game on Windowed(Fullscreen) mode and made the UserSettings file read only.

I also updated an out-dated addon (Urich's Skill Point Finder) appearently Minion doesn't automatically download the latest version of this mod and you have to download it yourself.

I'm thinking it was the add-on update that fixed it, because i had tried the first one a couple times already.
