Missing Collectors Upgrade Items

Alright so last week i came back to eso and purchased the greymore digital collectors edition upgrade which is supposed to come with the swordthane outfit style, along with a mount, pet and a few other do-dads. However i've given them a week to credit these items to my account and yet, they still have not been added to my account. Additionally i play the game through steam, always have. However i can't even submit a ticket to support because when i try to login to the support page i do not get the option to login with my steam id, like i do on the actual account page. If i try to make an account, i get a random api error.

So, support, two issues here.
Number 1; Where are my items? The game has had a week to credit them and they're still not there.
Number 2: How am i supposed to submit a ticket if i cant login?

    You see, the problem is, i can't recover the account, if you had read the second problem it's part of your system thats being ridiculous. I've reset my password, won't let me login with the new password i chose. Everytime i reset it, same issue. So once again, how the hell can i submit a ticket or recover my account when YOUR system is messing up?

    If i try the "i can't sign in" option, this is what i get.

    Alright, at this point i am starting to get even more fed up with this nonsense because i have tried 3 different browsers, on three different devices, after clearing the cache, cookies and restarting the modem for safe measures. Each time i attempt to login, it tells me login failed and i know i'm typing in the correct password because it let me login to the account page with the same exact password and that SHOULD be the login information that is used for the support page. So at this point, there has got to be something wrong on your end, not mine.
