Disconnects and high lag

Usually I dont have problems with network but over the past hour I have experienced multiple boots from the server and ping going from 300 to 999+






I'm in NZ/Aus guilds and they are all experiencing the same connection issue. Can someone address this please?
We are all connecting to NA server.
