Game seems "zoomed" slightly

I just got a new computer and I'm getting everything set up. Currently trying to get ESO setup back up again and everything seems correct accept on the character select screen everything seems zoomed in slightly. It's really strange, the resolution is right I've checked each display setting. Once I'm in game it seems fine, even seems more spaced out than before this computer, which doesn't make sense.
As you can see though from the screen shot it just seems off. Like normally the event window would be small enough and in the corner to where you could see the pet and the character names/selection window would be all the way to the right of screen.

✭✭I also found this only seems to happen on this character. Any of the other characters are normal on the screen.0 -

No, just rename it to .lua.old or something?
I did move all my saved variables and add on folder to to One Drive then copied them back onto the new computer. So that could be it, but you would figure it would do this to all the characters not just this one.
