Seriously. The guy in The Rift is the worst because he stalks you all over the city.
Also I can’t stand the lady that’s all “How would you like to do something worthwhile?” I am doing something worthwhile you smug wench, begone!
Although oddly enough, I do admit I feel bad for the argonian in Mournhold. He asks politely and he’s been waiting for months lol.

Every NPC everywhere who calls out to me from 10m away that they're busy and have no time to chat. Ok? Me too. Good talk.
Shopkeepers who tell me the same factoid ("The Law of Meat...") or observation every time we talk obviously just have some kind of mental impairment, and I'm glad they've found a niche for themselves in the economy.3
