Character Permanently Bugged

My character hasn't been able to keep "best scores" since the release of cloudrest. I have submitted multiple tickets in game and through this website with no help. It appears like my issue will go unresolved until the game closes their servers for good. I am tired of false promises of it being looked at. Here is a video of me with the achievements for completion of cloudrest, blackrose, and sunspire. They were all on veteran difficulty. I was there for the full duration of the trial. I have beat them all multiple times. Yet my score still remains as "not recorded."
