Dark brotherhood house

So i checked out the new brotherhood sanctuary in the pts recently, and i must say i am impressed. Nice designing, spacy and not a full copy of the existing one, which makes it unique.

BUT, there is an area further inside the cave with a big island in the middle of a lake that is not accessible, and i must admit its a real pain to look at all that inaccessible space .

So dear zenimax if u would make that space accesible also (i keep dying by Enviromental damage) Then that cave is a instant purchase for me!

it would be the perfect guildhall with that extra space.

Anyone agree??

I checked this out and tried to find out how low I could go into that cave without being roadkill....it wasn’t very low hahaha. I’m definitely getting this place though. It’s looks awesome and I have some really good ideas for it!
