It definitely makes the night sky much more appealing so I hope it’s something ZoS will consider to add in the future. Hakkvild’s High Hall already has it so maybe it’s not too much extra work to add it to some other homesteads too?
What do you think @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ?

I’m not really sure which regions of Tamriel the aurora borealis would appear naturally. Or if Tamriel’s version would even be similar to real world standard, but based on the position of Hakkvild’s High Hall on Craglorn/Skyrim border, perhaps the following homesteads could qualify...

    Ald Velothi Harbor House (Vvardenfel)
    Amaya Lake Lodge (Vvardenfel)
    Autumn's Gate (Rift, Skyrim)
    Domus Phrasticus (Craglorn)
    Exorcised Coven Cottage (Glenumbra)
    Forsaken Stronghold (Bangkorai)
    Gardner House (Stormhaven)
    Mournoth Keep (Bangkorai)
    Old Mistveil Manor (Rift, Skyrim)
    Pariah's Pinnacle (Wrothgar)
    Ravenhurst (Rivenspire)

In theory I definitely agree that northern homes should have visible aurorae. However, I would caveat this by pointing out that every map of Tamriel that I've ever seen is a flat/square one. Projecting this onto a sphere so that you can know actually where things are relative to each other is not straightforward - try flattening an orange peel into a square and you'll see where the problem lies. For that reason, I don't think we can trust the world map that we are accustomed to in terms of geography and "true" positions to know which homes are northern enough to realistically expect to see lights. However in general, I would agree that since in Skyrim there were zones with aurorae, it would make sense to have them visible to any corresponding player homes in ESO. Since the physics of Nirn are somewhat sketchy though, I expect some artistic liberties can (and have) been taken in order to show aurorae in the Falkreath home but not further north or south. It can't be the only place in Tamriel where you can see them, but it's meant to be a "premium" home, right?
