It was discussed before and its actual, 700 is too small number.
Player needs more space to create normal environment.

Also, an option to make House a Guildhall, which belongs not the player, but role Guildmaster in the Guild.
Or to buy a Guildhall with needed options.

The 'Object' cap is likely a 'Technical' limitation not an arbitrary one.

Meaning the technical limit is probably something close to 700 before performance really starts to take a hit, so they set that to the 'Full Subscriber' limit and cut it in half for 'Non Subscribers'.

I do think that guilds should be able to have a 'Guild Hall' that is 'owned' by the Guild and purchased with in game 'Guild Funds'.

However, I don't think that a 'Guild Hall' should be able to be bought with 'Real' money.

What happens if the Guild dissolves?

If the 'Hall' was bought with 'Real' money there is s dilemma. Who Gets the house?

If it was bought with Game Gold, then I would say the 'Hall' is just lost and no one gets it. This is still a dilemma but at least there is no one that can claim:

'Hey that is MY house because I bought it originally!'.

Or any question of ownership if the 'Guild Leader' changes for some reason.
