Hello guys I purchased the collectors edition of elder scrolls morrowind and in the book it has builds for high dps etc for each class this is the one I've seen for the stamblade and wanting your opioins

Go Redguard, it is your most safe option. Why? It's the best race to sustain as a stamina melee build all while giving you the benefit of the highest maximum stamina possible 10%

Ask the community and true PVE players around for build ideas/options and give them your access options(Not everyone can get a sharpened VMA bow etc). There are many guides online for PVE that can help. As for what was in the book, it's not bad but there are tons of better options.

What are your goals? To hit 35k+ on target skeletons? Just complete pledges?

Just to survive lol my current rotation works but with my bow at a low level I don't have much options to switch between the sets ATM
