Lag after One Tamriel update

So I stopped playing for a while couple months back, partially due to a new job, and partially due to the immense amount of lag I'm experiencing, which came specifically after the One Tamriel update. I get an avg 80mbps with my wifi, and had NO PROBLEMS what so ever before that update. Literally the day One Tamriel was released, everything went downhill. I come back on after a couple months hoping the problem's been fixed, but to my surprise, It's still lagging just as much. Can't do any fighting of any kind without freezing every 3 seconds, and my weapon swap and skills aren't reading during the moments it freeze. Annoying as hell.
I'm not sure if there's already a thread addressing this issue. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix without having to lower my in game specs??
