disappearing Storm Atronach

Sometimes when casting Storm Atronach, nothing shows up, the Pet just doesn't spawn and does no damage. Think I know the problem, I have too many existing AoE effects in the area such as having Lightning Splash, Wall of Elements, and Bahraha's Curse circle in the same area; the Storm Atronach cannot spawn with so much stuff already there.

I noticed the same effect when I tested the Storm Atronach on a target skeleton while doing my rotation.

ZOS, please fix! I was planning to use the Atronach instead of Shooting Star on single target, since it does more damage (especially when a player uses the synergy). But in its current unreliable state that's a no-go.

I have seen the Atronach spawn with lots of stuff going on from several players. Perhaps this was something broke in a recent patch.

An interesting test would be to join up with one of the Alikir Dolmen Zergs and try to drop the Storm Atronach there. Those are huge AoE fests. So, in this case, use no AoE yourself, but see if the Atro can drop.
