How long takes the game to load?

I bought ESO yesterday. Installed the game in a few hours, everything goes fine. Then I log in and I had waited for like +30 min. Nothing happens. Loading screen, I can hear the music. I can't even get to Character Selection to make one..

This isn't normal.

If your game hasn't loaded in about 5mins I would close out and launch again.

What format are you playing on? PC/MAC/PS4/XB1?

It might be worth checking the support page: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com to see if there is more information on the issue.

If not try sending a support ticket via the support page (Web Assist on the right side) and see if the ZOS support team can trouble shoot you through the issue.

MAC. Turns out. tried to see Champion Gear. Nothing happen.I'll restart the game.

I'm angry af. After creating the character . the game loads a bit. And *bum* crash. What the idk is wrong with this game? on ps everything works fine..

I would recommend opening a support ticket on the support page, they might be able to help guide you to the issue.

Also if you haven't already Google search the issue and see if it's been discussed here on these forums or on Reddit in the past, it might be an issue which others have solved before.

I think I'll give up. I tried with 3 characters and the result is crash crash crash.

Turns out.. The game crash at The loading screen after you make your character. I sent a ticket.
