Black textures.

Having an issue with black textures on my character, other players, and NPCs.
I noticed the issue when I logged on, and my bosmer's face was blacked out. I switched around hairstyles, and apparently that fixed it. Though I can't use the Dominion braids hairstyle on her, without gaining the black texture bug. My khajiit character is always blacked out. Not the armor, but her skin I guess. I'm not sure how to fix this. It happened just after Homestead, so I have been basically waiting for a hot fix. But maybe there isn't as many cases, or they simply (like me) didn't report it.
