Ebony Flask apartment, purchase tab BUGGED AS HELL!! PLS ZOS FIX IT ASAP!!

I just got my first apartment in Ebony Flask Inn (Ebonheart pact) and I was checking out the housing editor and when I switched to "purchase tab" (crown store), this bug happened, seems that the lists are pretty much bugged - menus overlapping, tooltips not right...:

Could someone pls explain me what is this supposed to mean?? This seems bugged as hell!!! WTH???!!!

I get something similar, but in addition to the overlaying icons I get the following UI error after switching between purchase submenues:

I will have to test it out more, I have a feeling it might be some addon causing it

oops, so update: I have turned off all of my addons and it got fixed, no more overlapping, no more wrong tooltips.....so it was caused by some of my addons (but no idea which one )

master recipe list was the one causing it (for me ~ the exact same issues)

also, dolgubons blocks the furniture recipes from showing at craft stations

I do have master recipe list addon installed, I will turn it off and check out if it was the cause also for me
