This one was obvious, kept firing arrow at the front of the stairs of the dolumn<SP>. Even when the doleum was inactive

I'm opening another thread about reporting since ZOS does not have a reporting policy that I can find. First MMO I've played that does not expect cheating or, that other players would be pi--ed at it.
Or maybe they've been burned in court over the issue. All I know is that most Online RPG's have a way to discretly report suspected botting and handle it quietly. If they don't, it becomes public.
P.S. That was not your character was it?
