This quest keep showing up as daily to me every time I finish it it's always there I done it 3 times already is it some kind of bug or it spouse to be like that?

✭✭✭✭✭My stamina templar somehow got the sanies lupines infection AFTER already being a full werewolf (both sanies and lycanthropy show in his buffs)
And now gets the quest to go become a werewolf every time I take him into the Rift where the NPC is.
