Alts from regular server have disappeared from PTS

I updated PTS to play with housing and as usual my alts from the regular server were there. A couple days back there was a small update on the PTS and now when I log into it I have to make a new level 1 alt to play. It's just like starting a new game on the regular server. I play on the NA megaserver. I would appreciate any help in restoring it to normal play on my PTS so I can test changes.

    thats because they switched it to EU.. there is a limited time to play your alts before the next maintenance switches it.. You can however create max level toons to keep testing.
