Hey, as I'm playing ESO, barely anything loads. Other players are pure black, the environment doesn't load in and neither does enemies. I have lowered my game settings all the way down so most stuff loads in HOW but enemies won't load in at the Dolmens. Their red dot shows up on the UI and I can get attacked but I cannot attack them and their models won't load in, is there a way to fix that?
