Vile Manse - Xevat-golgok missing from dungeon. Unable to complete achievements.

Cannot find Xevat-Golgok within the Vile Manse. I've run through the dungeon twice, wiped all bosses apart from the fore mentioned. Got the Vile Manse vanquisher achievement as well as Vile Manse group event. Unable to obtain Vile Manse conqueror and Aldmeri dominion conqueror due to this.
Running an addon which shows all the named bosses in the Dungeons. Xevat-Golgok is not shown.
