Questions of faith - missing/invisible npc in Anvil chapel.

The female npc that is supposed to pop up in the chapel in Anvil, is either invisible or not there. She says her line when I've asked all the worshipers about the Nord with the flower in her hair, but she herself is nowhere in sight. I've seen several other players seemingly looking for something, so I guess I'm not the only one.
