Edge of Darkness Group Dungeon Broken?`

The quest for the Crypt of Hears II known as Edge of Darkness is broken. After beating the final boss, we are directed to investigate Nerien'eths chamber which has nothing. Looked for the part in the quest online but I got nothing. The problem that was troubling me is that some of our group finished the quest with the NPC while other only got redirected to the chamber. What is more interesting is after defeating Neriene'th I got the mail for my Premium Undaunted Exploration supplies, meaning the quest was supposed to be done but it didn't. I really want my skill point, exp and the item. Any1 know what to do?
