Crusher & Weapon Damage Weapon Enchants

Platform: PC NA
Issue: Crusher and Weapon Damage Weapon Enchants are no longer working. Weapons are fully charged, no poisons are equipped. Logged off and back on, switched weapons and the problem still persists. Tested the Life Drain, Stamina Drain, Magicka Drain, Frost, Shock and Fire enchants and they seem to be working perfectly fine.

xRIVALENx✭✭✭Completely closing the game and relaunching seems to resolve the issue. Of course the buffs and debuffs are not visible but I can now see the change in weapon power and the change in damage due to the Crusher enchant.0
