Combat Prayer does not proc Trinimac Valor

Hi I am using a combination of Combat Pray and Trinimac Valor wtih my healer while they pose an interesting synergy. Combat Prayer %6 of casting damage shield on an ally and Triminac Valor %20 chance of 3K healing and damage to 5 m radius when a damage shield casted to an ally.

Combat Prayer proc shields on the allies but Trinimac Valor never procs. It only procs when I place Healing Ward on my bar and use it but never from Combat Prayer....

Is this intended behavior or a bug?

Combat prayer is not a damage shield it's an aoe cleave heal from the resto staff line so should never proc trinimacs valor.

I'm assuming you mean the prayer shawl set which casts a small damage shield on allies when healed, in eso set bonuses cannot proc other set bonuses, it's been this way for a long time as some sets would be stupidly op if this was allowed. If some sets can proc other set bonuses then it would definitely be a bug.

Yes, you are right, I mean Shawl Prayer.....

But if you are right if the set bonuses are not synerging that is really disappointing, closing an interesting facet of the game. To use the Trinimac Valor and Shawl Prayer I am giving up the monster helm and I hardly describe a 4K heal and 4K AOE damage proccing from Shawl Prayer hardly overpowered...
