BUG/PROBLEM: Endless loading screens when porting to certain areas - Xbox one

During a trial, our team ran into a strange issue today. It took people, including myself, extremely long to be able to even get inside the instance.

Most commonly, this was experienced when porting to group or guild member, the character performs the animation for fast travelling and then you get stuck in an endless loading screen with the "This load time might take longer than usual" message (or something of the sort). I managed to bypass the issue by travelling to a way shrine and then walking to the instance, but some still got stuck as they were entering the trial from Craglorn. Reloading didn't solve the issue and was attempted several times.

I have only tried to port to 2 different guild or group members in 2 areas: Aetherian Archives and Alik'r Desert. In both cases, the above situation happened. Reloaded multiple times and it never helped, on the other hand porting from a way shrine to another works perfectly.

I've had a similar issue whilst using the fast travel system. I'm trying to get to the Gold Coast so it appears that several areas are affected. The problem with using the fast travel system is that is costs money, and that money is not refunded if you never actually get to your destination so you can lose a lot of money attempting to do this over and over again. I feel this needs looking at.

Thisalso happenes to me while I try to travel to any group instance quite often. It seems that certain areas just are inaccesable by wayshine (Bergama). Can't do quick pledges with randoms because getting stuck in loading screens to be kicked and penalised with a timer.

I'm having the same problem. Getting stuck trying to fast travel to Alik'r Desert too.

Didn't realise it is swallowing up money every time I try either.

I'm getting this when fast travelling to the Gold Coast, or when leaving the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, which takes me to the Gold Coast. The loading screen seems infinite as i let the game load, and returned 30 minutes later for it to be still loading."Statscales" also mentioned having issues in the Gold Coast.
