Major Prophecy / Savagery - removed when bar swapping

What is the ETA on fixing the issue where the 47.5s buff of Major Savagery/Prophecy given by a potion is removed when bar swapping either Expert Hunter or Mage Light?

I'm certainly not the first person to point this out.

    It's been broken for a really long time. Hopefully if will get fixed in update 13 skill balance but I'm not getting my hopes up

    I just want them to acknowledge that they know about the issue and are at least working on it.
