Stuck on loading screen [FIXED]

Hey, I just got a new computer a few days ago and I finally was able to finish installing ESO on my computer. I logged into my account and everything seemed fine. When I tried to reach the character screen, it just kept loading. I already allowed access to my firewall, changed the game settings to minimum, and restarted my computer. Any suggestions?

Edited: I fixed the error by reinstalling both ESO and Windows 10 and it finally loaded after waiting for roughly 30 minutes.
