"Failed to Group"

Platform: PC NA
Issue: "Failed to Group" multiple times when sent an invite to join a party currently in a dungeon. Dungeon in question was vCoS and the dungeon run was started using the Group Tool. We of course timed our queue and managed to party up that way, was a ridiculous alternative though when just sending an invite should have sufficed.

AdicusDio✭✭✭I've had this happen as well. Most recently was VRoM after our tank left. Pulled tank from guild, and it would NOT let him join from the invite after multiple attempts. He even tried relogging. Ultimately, suggested he try queing up on his end and hope it let's him in. He was immediately added after that. Utter nonsense after this long.
PLEASE FIX your game.0
