Equipment Dyeing bug on PS4 ?

I've just tried to dye my armour (grim harlequin) on PS4 (EU) and the screen blurred during the process. It is repeatable.

✭✭✭PS4 NA, Me too. Glad I was already familiar with the colors I was using. Its starts out clear, and then becomes out of focus (like the menu background looks when in inventory etc.) when you proceed to selections. This was a different costume, all 3 of the Nedic ones blurred.
