Very annoying - death music played after being revived in Imperial City

This happens more often that I'd like. Death music remains even when revived. Not experienced in Cyrodiil or regular game, exclusively in IC.
I died both in BWB's and Trueflame's Imperial City during PVP fights with several different characters, of different levels, factions, races and abilities... the same. It was also happening before Update12.
