Bug or Feature? Chat Freezing

Yesterday I had a strange issue: My ingame chat was frozen. First I didn't take it as an issue, but just thought ok, all are busy and nobody talks. The chat-tab names were blue and I couldn't switch between them. After relogging this issue was gone. Maybe I accidentally hit the Chat-Freeze button?
