Actually lost progress in the quest i was in. I had no idea this was even possible, what a pleasant suprise

I looked the entire day for a raid, got finally one, got kicked from server before the first boss, needed 10 minutes to login again only to see that the first boss was killed and the quest did not proceed for me.

These problem are regular since six month, ZOS has extremely high server maintence on the EU servers and dispite that they fail.

ZOS, when you have a problem with your hoster, cancel the contract and search a new one. If you have problems with your staff, fire them. Both have proven their incompetence.

Sorry for my rant, but what you do is not acceptable anymore.

I am having this issue as well submitted a ticket...they need more servers...weekends and evenings are ofc more strenuous on them...my guess is they down size the amount of servers running from time to time to be more cost effective...without realizing dropping those blades is pissing people off and ruining their gameplay experience...and I JUST TODAY reinstated my eso plus membership....second thoughts ensue.

Just so you know the first DC I just happened to jump on a bank alt who is level 4 pact, trading alt looking for viper boots for a friend - all the covenant I know of across guilds got Disconected, I was on PSN chat with them but pact didn't. Also chat threads also said pact was fine. Except the one who was in maelstrom, who lost progress as it was a trials chat as we had AD, DC and pact in it...we defiantly know who's the fave.
