Black Hand, currently and in the future trading out of Mournhold, is being FORCED to change its name

Hello, I'm the guild master for Black Hand. We traditionally have been selling out of Belkarth in Craglorn but have in recent weeks made the decision to move to Mournhold in Dashaan. ESO is forcing me to change the guild name and here is why.
While returning 100k gold to my character that was lost due to a glitch, apparently a CS rep noticed the guild name is a duplicate. We had a CS rep change the name of our guild to Black Hand when I took over a small dead guild a month or so after release. The CS rep said it was an available name and we have sold and raided under it for many months.
I have NEVER seen or heard of another "Black Hand" guild, nor has anyone I play with. If you know them and can put me in contact with them I would appreciate it. The CS rep wanting me to change the guild name says they're still active. I'm very curious to see if I get a response here.
