Friends are gone from friends list

All of my friends have disappeared from my in game friends list. Has anyone else encountered this issue and know how to fix it? I've tried logging in and out, restarting the game and power cycling the Xbox. This is really annoying!! I can't travel to them or send them items quickly!!!

Hello I logged on after server maintenance today and my in game friends list is now empty. I have many friends who play this game and use the In game friends list for its various functions. Help on fixing this would very much be appreciated account info below

Mega server : Europe
Platform : xbox one
Account name : KEEPERZ

Things I have tried :

Searching for specific gamer tags
Re logging
Tried loading alts (seems account wide)
Powering off
Hard reset clearing cache

I emailed customer support and they told me that I had to delete and re add my friends as this would make them reappear on the list. They also stated that they are investigating the issue and trying to fix it. However, after the amount of bs we keep getting from customer support I'll believe it when I see it. The support we are getting in my opinion is appalling, collectively we've spent millions of pounds for this and we keep getting fobbed of with lame excuses.

@IzT0XiiCzI they've been saying that for a while. Some of these bugs really need to be fixed. I've heard they fixed the pig farming problem but I still get my wings stuck when doing ferocious leap, how is THAT still an issue?

What annoys me is how they give you a response which I can find online, that is automatically generated and talk to us like we are stupid monkeys. They seriously need to get a grip with these bugs. How can they expect players to delete and add their friends again so they can be found on a friends list?

Oh I know. It's ridiculous. Even the mail system with the "There is no player with that name" problem is getting old, fast. I mean, at least with that problem there's a quick and easy work-around but even that, I'm getting tired of viewing the same person's gamercard over and over again. I can't name, off the top of my head, any bugs they actually have fixed. They're quick to fix exploits but bugs seem to fall through the cracks.

I'm actually amazed not even one reply from a mod or anything think I'll be cancelling my eso plus ain't had a single crown added to my account in nearly 2 months anyway

I canceled my ego plus ages ago. I think they've had enough money from me with the way I'm feeling towards the developers at this stage.
