1 delve, 3 bosses, 55 minutes, still haven't seen 1 of the bosses

We've been running around this delve for 55 minutes, we've seen boss A three times, Boss C one time and have yet to see Boss B. This is very irritating. Any chance we could get a tweak for the boss spawn times or something?

Update: We FINALLY saw the last boss in the delve after 55 minutes. Kind of ridiculous

    I have gone back to all public dungeons and done the conquer achievement in DC. The bosses I have come across are typically no more than a 15-20min spawn time. Recommend staying at the boss location. While you are running between A & C someone could have killed B. If you are grouped with someone, you stay at one with them at another. Other comes running when one spawns.

    We were the only ones in the delve the entire time. It was a cyrodiil delve in aldameri territory.
