The mystery Alik'r desert island

Hi guys, just wondering if any of you know what up with the unusable house on a little island just off the front of Aswala Stable. To get into it you have to jump on some rocks at the back but once you're in everything has been emptied and you can't open any of the doors. It seems like a strange thing to put in if it had no use? Possible DLC?

been there, looks pretty cool. maybe it was meant for a quest and they decided to save it for later, maybe a questline down the road for future update. would be a hell of a beach house!!

It is believed to be a location called "Zibadan's Estate", a safehouse of the "Violet Lodge" that will become part of the upcoming Thieves Guild content. There are similar buildings in Grahtwood (Molemir's Estate) and Deshaan (Sysa's Estate).

The one in Grahtwood can actually be entered. The fireplace can be used for provisioning, bookshelves read and household inventory generally looted. Haven't been to the one in Deshaan since february so I'm not sure if it's as interactive as Molemir's Estate.
