Reviving my crowns on Xbox one as eso plus member

Hi so I'm a eso plus member and this month I haven't gotten my crowns I haven't had a issue with this in the past I submitted a ticket I was asked for proof that I payed for eso plus wich I unders stand the problem was I needed to update my phone number on my email and this made it so I didn't have asses to my payment history I explained this to them and they repeated them selfs so I told them again and they got a specialist to email me they asked the same thing so I repeated my self to them and haven't received a reply since I find it a bit rude so I come here to post looking for help
