Found a fix for xbone. Go in the arena and go straight to the back and up the ramp to top level, there should be 3 guys to kill once fighting starts, kill these first then kill all others leaving the champ until last. I think it's these 3 up top that don't spawn properly if u don't go up there at the right time. Worked for me, hope it works for you.
