CANNOT LOAD INTO COLHARBOR

On light of all the recent server issues that run rampant. Since last night I come across that. Fine, as long as it loads in. Then no matter what I so, I CANNOT LOAD INTO COLDHARBOR WHATSOEVER. Everytime I do, it returns me to the main screen.

    Its having the same issues as last night...... At this point - all I can do is open world grind, any time I use a way shrine or try to enter a dungeon, Anything that has to do with loading a map area, I get kicked.
