Purchased ESO Plus, no crowns.

Does the problem of people purchasing ESO Plus but not getting their crowns still exist? I purchased a month last night on my Xbox One but still haven't got any crowns, I wanted to use them to get some xp scrolls.

    I have already received a response from Mucrosoft telling me it's not their end and it's a Zenimax issue.

    I got my crowns subbing thru the game and xbl. I'm just not seeing this suppose boost to xp, gold etc...Unless the boost is so small you don't notice. Just hope there's some non-Cyrodil dlc soon to make the sub worth it, or I'll be going back to free play, 'cause so far there's no difference I can see.

    The boost is pretty unprovable (at least before vet levels).

    Go to the area in the menu titled character and in your boobs it should say "ESO Plus member"

    I'd definitely rather have the crowns than that.

    I received my ESO+ 1500 crowns on my first renewal. It will be the end of the month for the next renewal. I can post back then if I get them

    Have you reset the XB1 from Settings ----> Power?

    The picking and choosing which users to reply to and address leaves me feeling even more alienated to be honest.

    It can sometimes take up to 48 hours for Crowns to come through a subscription renewal. If you don't have your Crowns after that point, please contact our support team.

    Note that often times, the first response to Crown issues is to contact Microsoft, which you already have. This is just to make sure that the transaction has cleared on their end. If you receive a response similar to this, please reply to the ticket and let our support team know that you have already performed this step and they'll be happy to help you from there.
