Xbox one Glitches with New patch update

After the update ( patch), I can't click the A button for quest or pick up gold or items off the killed enemy, I restart game and it will work for a minute then go back to the glitches, I have to restart game to make work. I have completely closed out of the game, also logged off and logged back on, turned Xbox off and restarted, unplugged Xbox... Nothing worked to fix it, seems like a bad download not sure, I've called Xbox and they said to delete game and reinstall so we will see if it fixes it. Anyone else with same problems?

I'm having the same issues. Takes several taps on A before it will work. Sometimes not at all. Overall the game seems more glitchy and slower since this patch. But let us know if reinstalling works.

The reinstall did not work. I called Xbox but they said there was nothing they could do, so unfortunately, I'm now installing a hard copy, I had the digital version.

Well, installing hard copy doesn't work, now what? I'm frustrated And don't know what to do next

Did u uninstsll before using the hard copy.

Yes, I did... I just did a factory reset on Xbox and now installing hard copy... We will see...
