Tanking in Competitive Leaderboard Times

Hey All,
So I have been doing some testing on the PTS with my NB Tank. On the live version, my build is made for attempting speed runs in vDSA (using the Siphon Strikes Caltrops build providing extra dps). Now I have no problem with them changing this, because lets face it that build was super broken as far as its capabilities. The tanking style to get upward 10K + times required tanks to dps as well as tank, which was easy due to the high resource gain our builds were made to give us. However I want to hear from you guys on whether or not with the new changes you see tanks pulling off this hybrid style anymore.
I would like to hear from some NB Tanks, Templar Tanks, and DK Tanks about how they see themselves adapting to still perform "speed runs" in vDSA, and whether or not they think they will need to change builds in order to Tank for Raids like SO, AA, and Hel Ra.
