Players should be able to escape from irrigation tunnels to their faction base even when in fight.

Currently when in fight (either with other player or mob) you are not allowed to enter your faction base.

This is wrong. Players should be allowed to escape irrigation tunels by entering their faction base even if they are in fight.
Just like Outlaws Refugees work right now, players can escape inside even if they are attacked by guard.

Right now it looks like your own allies, faction wont let you in to base and just watch you being slaughtered in front of doors. It makes no sense, this is x,y,z faction base door, every player of appropriate faction should be allowed to escape and there should be no "lore" problem with it since in its base, each faction have definitive advantage against any enemy.

Same should happen when exiting Imperial city districts. Players should be allowed a fast escape back into sewers, due to the fact they are basically jumping into a hole in ground.
