Are you able to enter sewer entrance, go from cyriodiil to sewers even if you are in a fight?
Outlaws refugee entrance is working this way, even if you are being chased by guard and attacked you can interact it and escape inside.
Do IC sewer entrances work same way? Or there is no chance of escaping if you are ganked by campers right in front of entrance?
