Death while Crashing Unrevivable

If you are in Cyrodiil & crash & happen to die. Once you log in you are often ported to a city outside of cyrodiil & dead. Your map only shows cyrodiil & with no wayshrines or ways to ressurect yourself. The only thing you can do is /stuck which then places you at an actual wayshrine while still dead.
