SAP Essence & other AOE causing major FPS lag!

I run on medium settings with a lot of effects such as bloom turned off. Yet in a 4 man dungeon in Imperial City (white gold tower), spamming SAP AOE was dropping my frame-rate from around 35-40fps to 5 fps ; please look into this.
