Also, for some more actual feedback: The entering and leaving the sewers is a recipe for disaster. Yes, let me return with my stones to a public space that loads all of my companions in at separate times with none of our buffs active b/c of the zone reload so they can be ganked by opposing forces easily.

That may be an obsolete worry when/if people are able to keep some stones, as (I could be wrong because I was being smacked down by the CTD boss which is way way OP) there is an item you can purchase which *I think* the description says can be used to return to your home base.

There is, but having to use it because the game is poorly designed is different than using it because you got a bunch of stones and just dont want to take a chance losing a crazy amount.
1. Laggy.
and 2. Big groups of players attacking 1-4 players constantly just to take all their crap with very little danger to themselves.
and 3. Nightblades just sitting everywhere waiting to gank people or constantly on one person's butt the whole time abusing the op cloak.

Once they set teh mechanics so one alliance can gain control and lock the enemy alliances out by taking their home keeps it will be alot different inside IC. 95% of the enemy will be cleared out and you will be able to farm with alot more safety. yes your alliance might get locked out for a while but when your side does have access you know you can do the PVe inside alot safer and actually get goals accomplished. When yourside loses access you know its time to head to the vault to bank.
Then go back to cyrodiil and help get access back, or do something else till you get the messgae your side has it again
