Tel Var Stone Sets Need one set for each armor type + stamina/magicka based variants

The Tel Var stone sets are interesting, but currently the fact they are each limited to one armor type is a HUGE negative. This is especially true for the Shield Breaker, Phoenix, Reactive Armor and Meritorious service sets. Without the option to get the set in any armor type, and the option to use sets like shield breaker with magicka and stamina builds they really aren't worth the high cost. Personally I run a heavy armor magicka DK build - I'd definitely consider running Phoenix if I could get a heavy armor version and/or Shield Breaker if it was heavy armor and stamina based....but absent those options the sets I find most interesting are really useless for my build. Likewise, I'm working on a stamina nightblade and Reactive armor looks great - but it's a five piece heavy set so again in the current form it's not useful/worth farming TV stones for.
