I recentlly commented on a thread and spent enough time playing thus far to believe this is bugged. It didn't matter how often I was hit as rank 10 with full passives or how many people I devoured my timer was lasting about 30 seconds. Can't know for certain because there's no timer on the x1...... which is absurd in itself.

There is a timer; it's right below the magika bar.

Plus, when you devour a person/mob, you have to wait until the animation is COMPLETELY finished, and then you'll see the timer regen. If you leave early, the devour doesn't proc.

Well... that's embarrassing if I haven't seen that. I'll see what happens tonight when I compare to that...
